These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZUDAKO online store at zudako.com. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. About ZUDAKO

ZUDAKO operates this online store and offers fashion products for purchase. For customer support, contact connect@zudako.com.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete contact, billing and delivery information and to update it when necessary. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

3. Products, Images and Availability

We aim to describe products, colours, patterns, sizes and prices accurately. Colours can appear differently depending on your screen and device. Product images may include styling or model photography; refer to the product details for the garment being sold. Product availability and size options may change without notice. If a material listing error or stock issue affects an order, we may contact you to arrange a suitable resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and any other charges will be shown during checkout where relevant. Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation. We do not ask customers to share payment passwords, OTPs or full card details by email or chat.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After an order is placed, you may receive an order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeline is generally 7–8 days after receiving an order, subject to the delivery address, courier operations, holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellations, eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy. Please read that policy before placing an order.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, use automated tools in a harmful manner, infringe the rights of others, or provide unlawful, deceptive or malicious content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, ZUDAKO will not be liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website where such exclusion is lawful.

These terms are subject to the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law, without restricting any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
